| | |  1. The correct attire for each activity, including life jackets where applicable, must be worn at all times.
2. The advice / instruction of the competent Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa staff are binding and must be adhered to at all times.
3. Parents / guardians are responsible for their children / minors at all times whilst on the premises of Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa and / or availing of any facilities on the premises
4. For the safety and comfort of all our valued customers, pets are not allowed at the Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa.
5. The Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa does not accept any responsibility whatsoever, for any property damage, injuries / accidents or death arising from using any of the facilities and / or whilst being on the property.
6. No outside food and drinks are allowed on the premises of the Resort.
7. Jet skiing Prohibited; violators will be penalized by law.
8. It is not allowed to carry fuel in containers onto any vessel while berthed in the Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa Marina.
9. No Vessel will be provided with fuel incase of any member, employee or representative smoking aboard the Vessel.
10. All safety equipment must be stored aboard the Vessel (including sufficient personal floating devices) and must be in a good working condition and accessible.
11. It is not allowed for any employee or representative of a member to use the facilities in Club Joumana and or the towels and in the event that this would happen additional charges may apply.
12. Towels are only to be use for leisure purpose by the members and or their guests and should be returned back to the Club Joumana Reception upon departure.
13. It is not allowed to fish or swim in the Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa Marina this includes lying of nets or line fishing.
14. Vessels should not be moored, sailed or manoeuvred in such a manner as to create a danger, obstacle or inconvenience to any other members or guests.
15. It is not allowed to use or store Grills or any type of BBQ Equipment in the Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa Marina.
16. Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa Marina reserves the right to exclude, members employees or representatives from the Marina facilities and walkways, if such persons are believed to have been involved with or displayed behaviours deemed inappropriate by Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa Marina.
17. Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa Marina reserves the right to restrict any Vessel movement within the Marina for safety, security or promotional purposes.
18. Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa Marina reserves the right to restrict any cars, busses or trucks parking within the Marina for safety or security reasons.
