Current artist impressions that can be seen from the ground floor of Oasis Beach Tower on the other side of the main Jumeirah Beach Residence strip, shows the new development of “Al Fattan Crystal Towers” which will consist of two towers of approximately 30 and 35 floors in height.
At present we have received no official communication, however believe that the main construction commencement will be from mid- October 2012 onwards, as they are currently preparing the ground work for development.
Currently there is only minor visual disturbance (trucks visible on the other side of the road) with slight noise disturbance during daytime hours from the indoors of the Oasis Beach Tower apartments, however from our 2 bedroom apartments there is no visual implication of this development, as they are located on the other side of the building.
