The Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa has launched its new Signatures restaurant at the award-winning resort. This contemporary dining venue offers an inspiring menu complete with free range poultry, fresh sustainable harvested seafood and vegetarian selections enhanced with quality herbs and vegetables grown in the resort’s own Bio-Garden. The cuisine is further complemented with carefully selected organic wines and champagne. The Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa also updates its corporate social responsibility initiatives by screening the Green Peace list of endangered species and as a result no longer includes foie gras, veal, cod fish or red tuna in its restaurants for ethical and sustainability reasons. The resort also supports the WWF’s ‘Check out for Nature Programme’.
